Here at TriRidgefield we have set out to bring a quality event that appeals to the first timer and seasoned veteran alike.  We do so in a welcoming environment that encourages a healthy, active lifestyle.  A large portion of the funds we bring in from registration will be and have been given to local organizations and charities that are in need since the start.

We started in 2007 as a group of training partners who decided that there were a lot of people in this area who needed a "challenge" and it has grown from there.  As the years have progressed the Sprint Tri has grown into a great early season race that continues to amaze us at its popularity. The Kids Tri was a natural progression as what kid doesn't like to swim, bike, and run!  We have just now added a trail running race which is something that we have wanted to do since the start and feel that is a great way to change up your routine.
